I had booked this hotel a couple of days before and on the day they called me to canceled the booking and could not give me a reason why. I'm still waiting for a refund
The property needs improvement:
Toilet seat loose ,broken !
Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work)
TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great .
We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London .
Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking !
Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to anyone!

We had high hopes when we booked this place. However before even arriving it became clear it was not going to be pleasant. The “hotel” first contacted me via WhatsApp without my permission or notice that I would be contacted that way. They just completely unsolicited without even identifying who they were messaged me on WhatsApp asking for photos of mine and my fellow guests’ identification. They then also told me I had to pay additional fees on top of what I paid through Expedia and sent me a link to do so. When I did not immediately respond to their messages, I received a call from this same number again through WhatsApp. I answered and let them know I was in the subway and might lose service. They began talking at me telling me the same thing I had already received the messages regarding and when I didn’t respond fast enough the person on the phone said “I guess you don’t want to talk to me” and then hung up on me.
I could get past all of that if when we arrived, the room was nice. First of all, it was walk up only. They listed it as accessible and it was 1000% not. We had to lug our suitcases up 5, very narrow and steep flights of stairs to get to our room on the fourth floor. The room was tiny.
