House Rules:
- Please take your shoes off when inside the property.
- Strictly no parties or extra guests.
- No loud music after 10pm, please be considerate to neighbor’s at all times.
- A charge of £100 applies for lost or unreturned keys, so please handle them with care. Additionally, a £50 call-out fee will be charged to cover the cost of regaining access.
- A £100 charge will be applied if the property smells of smoke, or if there is evidence of tampering with or removing smoke alarms, as well as smoking, vaping, using candles, or incense burning.
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £20 per hour.
- When you depart, please turn the thermostat down to 8 degrees, lights off and ensure all windows and doors are secure.

Lovely, well positioned flat. Poor sound proofing

Flat is in a brilliant location and kept really nicely. Nice welcome touches too from property manager. Really helpful property manager too.Unfortunately at night, the windows do not provide any sound proofing and all night children were awake scared of the loud noises and fights happening in surrounding streets.
