-There is an separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied. This is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the main house including the laundry room and the beach area at all times. The suite is usually only occupied for a few day around Thanksgiving and from Christmas time until the first of the year. Please do not enter that fenced in area.

- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted.
This is a lakefront property swiming is allowed but THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Entering the water for any reason will be done so at your own risk
