The bright, light lounge has a large, comfy L-shaped sofa which opens up onto the kitchen and dining area creating a lovely, light sociable space that's perfect for relaxing, plus double French glass doors that lead out onto the terrace and garden beyond. The garden has a table & chairs to eat outside in the warmer months of the year. This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay



The Space:

This is a perfect apartment, located in a quiet spot for a relaxing stay in a friendly neighbourhood with great coffee spots and an excellent location if you wish to head into the hustle and bustle of Brighton itself.



The home is set on the ground floor and as an added bonus has its own garden and terrace accessed via the lounge through the double French glass doors.



The bright and light living room and dining area is both cosy and spacious, with fantastic features to make you feel totally at home. The large L-shaped sofa is the perfect spot to cosy up and take in the lovely view of the garden. There is a TV in the lounge with a BT TV box and Freeview, as well as a DVD player for you to watch your favourite movies.



There is a spacious kitchen where you have everything you need to whip up a delicious dinner, including cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and plenty of cookware. There is also lots of complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil for all guests so please help yourself!



There is a lovely bedroom with a large and comfortable king-size bed and modern decor. The bedroom is light, with a lovely view of the greenery and the front terrace area. There's also plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.



There is free Wifi throughout the property, a TV and guest toiletries such as soap and shampoo, fresh linen and towels which are provided for all guests. There is also a washing machine for your use during your stay.



This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to the city centre and the beach for guests to enjoy everything Brighton and the surrounding areas have to offer.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a calm and friendly neighbourhood located just 10 minutes' walk away from Preston Park great for a stroll and not far from the trendy area of Seven Dials and central Brighton.





There are some fantastic local spots nearby. The Tivoli Food & Wine grocery store is just round the corner and Tivoli Café is just 3 minutes away from the apartment if you fancy heading out for brunch. If you fancy heading out for a pub lunch or for a relaxing drink, the Station Hotel & Pub is about 10 minutes down the road and if when you're heading into town you want to stop for great coffee, Small Batch Coffee Shop at Seven Dials is recommended.
