It has seven bedrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen, utility room and three bathrooms.
It was built in 1764 originally for ladies in waiting to the Royal Pavilion and is one of the largest holiday rental properties in Brighton.
It has seven bedrooms and has been designed so guests have maximum comfort with maximum sleeping flexibility with the choice of singles or king size beds as most of the beds are zip and link, Egyptian cotton linen, high quality toiletries etc.
The property floor space is 1.654 square ft in size.
If you are looking for a fantastic property for a family reunion, hen night, birthday celebration or holiday with friends you will find nothing nowhere better in Brighton in location or quality.
