Welcome to our beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom apartment located in Kemptown where you will feel comfortably at home and experience the vibrant city of Brighton like a local.

The Space:
Our apartment compromises of a spacious, colourful living room which has very comfortable sofas and a smart TV. There is also a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Brighton Marina, this will make a great place for comfort and entertainment. There is also a small cosy dining area which is great for getting together and enjoying a delicious meal. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to practice your cooking skills.

There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the apartment. The building is on top of a hill benefiting from beautiful views.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, offering a restful sleep as well as a wardrobe that has enough space for your belongings. There is also an extra single trundle bed that can be set up to accommodate 3 people.

The apartment has a separate bathroom with bath/shower and separate room with toilet next door.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole property for yourselves during your stay.
There is free parking on Manor Hill - 5 minute walk away, and metered parking on Chadbourne Close

In a 10 minute walk, you will be amidst the bustling Kemptown, where you will discover some of Brighton’s best fine dining restaurants. The neighbourhood also offers unique antique stores, a kooky vibrant café culture and some of Brighton’s best pubs to discover your favourite local ale. Kemptown is also popular for its LGBT pubs and bars, of which there are many to choose from.

Getting Around:
In a few minutes walk you can get to the bus stop where the 37/37B buses will take you straight into Brighton City Centre. Brighton has a great taxi and Uber service if you'd prefer. Or, to walk to the centre it would take you approx 20 minutes, along the sea front or through bustling St James' St where you can stop off at some great cafes on the way!
