Relax with the whole family at this peaceful town house, which has been lovingly refurbished. A light and airy Victorian family home situated in the popular Hanover, with an array of charming local pubs a stones throw away. Within walking distance of the Pier, North Laine, Queens Park and Brighton race track.
It is ideal for groups of up to 10 people, with 4 double bedrooms and sofa beds in the lounge.
In the newly fitted kitchen are all the appliances you`ll need, with an integrated washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Situated in the heart of the vibrant residential area of Hanover, this whole house is ideal for a quiet getaway for friends or family.
A short walk away is the locals` favourite, The Village Cafe Bar with fantastic North African breakfast, brunches, coffee and drinks. Enjoy Brighton life and get to know this characterful area!
Hanover is a short walking distance into Brighton town centre, the North Laine, the train station and beaches of Kemptown, Brighton Pier and the seafront. An ideal location for a base to discover the most exciting city by the sea.

- Please be considerate of neighbouring properties at all times.
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.
- Strictly no additional guests, events or parties.
- No smoking within the property (Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £150 fine)
- Unless agreed in advance, late checkouts will incur a fee of £20 per hour.
- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance, there will be a minimum charge of £75.
- If keys are lost, stolen, missing or not returned to the correct location, guests will be charged for the replacement and/or to change the locks if deemed required.
- Pets are not allowed within the building. If there are any signs of a pet having stayed at the property internally or externally, you may be liable for additional charges.
- We require a copy of ID from each guest aged 18 & over prior to arrival for security and insurance purposes. This is held in line with GDPR regulations, and deleted 10 days after your stay.
