Perfect for couples, business stays and families This beautiful maisonette apartment has two bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen and a double shower room. It is positioned in the perfect location of the North Laines. The open plan lounge and kitchen, has a comfy seating area and a bespoke dining area . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge and microwave, washing machine. After a busy day , relax and unwind on the comfy sofa to watch your Smart 4K ultra HD TV! Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed:-) Lounge also has a sofa bed (if this is used with 4 guests, there is an additional linen cost) please confirm when booking. The flat is private sole use just for your stay. Access is through the main front door of the house and then up to your apartment. It is a self check in with a key lock box.
