We are delighted to offer the chance to stay in a beautifully decorated and self contained, basement floor apartment in the heart of Brighton.

Kemptown is known for its bohemian atmosphere, excellent nightlife and is a short walk to the center of Brighton and all of its glory. The apartment is situated in Devonshire Place, a road that is quiet enough to not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the main parade but still close enough to the center that you won't need a bus or a taxi.

The apartment itself has the necessary facilties to house both you and up to three more guests. The room comprises of a Kingsize bed, and a double sofa bed that will sleep another couple comfortably. There are facilities for hot and cold beverages, as well as hot and cold meals. The apartment opens out into your own private patio space with access to the rest of the grounds just up the patio steps.

In the immediate area itself you will find bars, restaurants and convenience stores as well as bus routes providing connections to the rest of the city. You may be aware that Brighton is a seaside town, the walk to the beach itself is a mere ten minutes. The beach is awash with more restaurants and bars, there are many places to eat and drink, big and small and the pier has amusements and an arcade.

Living in the heart of Brighton will make you feel like a true Brightonian and will have you revisting the city over and over again!
