Lovely sunny apartment in Victorian town house, minutes from the seafront in a peaceful street overlooking Brighton College cricket pitch with sea views. The bedroom is sunny with plenty of storage space and views across the roof tops, woods and racecourse hill. Comfy double bed with posturepedic mattress and hypoallergenic pillows. Fluffy Towels, continental breakfast & Wi-Fi all included. Living space has original victorian fireplace and decorative features. Styled in Brighton retro cool finds and antiques. Comfy leather sofa and original 60's Austin Powers style swivvle chair. Full single bed can be put up in living room for third person or child too, ignor it says twin as there is no option to select single - max guests are 3 sleeping spaces.

The space

The house was built in 1845 and the apartment is a retro lovers dream with original open fireplace, Victorian features and lovely high ceilings. Fully fitted with central heating, modern bathroom and kitchen. Set just enough away from the Brighton hubbub but a 5 minute stroll to the seafront, great pubs, restaurants and parks all nearby.

Guest access

Included are fresh linens, towels and shampoo. Continental breakfast of cereals, bread and jams are included. High speed wifi is available across the apartment. The living room has an HD Smart TV. Guests have full private use of the apartment.

Interaction with guests

Guests can self checkin using the lock box and the code will be supplied on the day of arrival. Checking from 4pm and check-out beofre 11am. I live in another part of the building so can be available if needs or contact me via Whatsapp.

Other things to note

The apartment is on the second floor which has amazing views but bear in mind there are stairs to reach it so this is not suitable for people who need full accessibility. No parties, loud music or smoking are allowed; smoking is outside only and across the street please.

There is a ring alarm camera inside the apartment but it has a privacy screen that you can slide over, this is only used if the apartment is empty. Please unslide the screen when you leave.

Free breakfast is served. This apartment also features a garden, concierge services, and laundry facilities.
