This fantastic stylish 2- bed period garden apartment is located on the seafront in the village of Kemptown, with the beach directly opposite and the apartment is located in the vibrant, friendly, and diverse area known as Kemptown Village here you will find an abundance of lively bars, restaurants, and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
The accommodation is located close to Brighton’s iconic palace pier and the heart of Brighton is just a short walk down the road along with the famous Brighton lanes and the Brighton Pavilion as well as Soho House. Located just down the steps leading to the seafront you can find the new addition of the sea lanes developments, which include a brand-new heated pool that you can prebook, a fantastic rooftop café and eatery. Walking a few minutes along the seafront you can find volleyball courts, minigolf, and the Volks railway, alongside coastal walks, and colourful ice cream stores. This is all just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation.
The Marina is a short walk from the accommodation, here you can find a casino, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, boat trips and a supermarket.

The accommodation also has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and microwave and comes with tea and coffee making facilities, pots, pans and all other cooking utensils and crockery are supplied.

The spacious open plan living dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, large sofa and a smart tv. You will find a guest manual and instructions with everything you need to know about your stay. The accommodation has full Wi-Fi.

There is paid on street parking on the road outside the accommodation. Please look at the signs to distinguish the maximum stay time for the parking locations. Along the seafront (Marine Parade 84409) you can park here for up to 14 days at a cost but please make sure you are parking in the correct area. You can download the Pay by Phone parking app which will tell you your maximum stay and will take payment.
