- Bedroom 2: master suite with two rooms separated by an alcove, a king-size bed (180x200), a sitting area with desk and a single bed. En-suite bathroom (with shower, built-in bathtub and WC) - Bedroom 3: two single beds and en-suite bathroom with corner bath/shower and WC
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200), one single bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool of approximately 34 m², open from 1 May to 30 September from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., equipped with an underwater alarm - A private terrace of approximately 100 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, unfenced garden of approximately 3,200 m² The apartment is ideally located in Brignoles, in a characterful 18th-century property nestled on a hill overlooking an oak forest and the valley's vineyards. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - Beaches accessible in Hyères, approximately 55 km away - Gorges du Verdon, approximately 90 km away - Les Calanques de Cassis, approximately 70 km away - Barbaroux Golf Course, 5 km away - Thoronet Abbey, 20 km away - Historic centre of Brignoles, 5 km away
