Updated home with new furniture and interior face lift, This is a 2 bedroom home with 1 bath. 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds the other has 1 queen bed, there is a 4 season sunroom off the bedrooms that has a pull out futon bed comfortable for 1 or 2 smaller children. Full size appliances with washer and dryer.
The home does have a ramp for wheelchairs to enter the front door and all doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Along with a walk in shower.

Wasnt a pleasant experience

It was 85 degrees inside and the AC wasnt working when we arrived. Property owner claimed they where working on it in the morning, however, when his tech came he didnt know where the handle was to open the door. Took till well past midnight to cool the house down. There where wasps and mosquitoes by the back door and roaches in the kitchen cupboards and by the fridge. Good thing I didn't need to use the kitchen.
