Nestled in a peaceful setting between Berry and Sologne, this independent 35 m² cottage welcomes up to 2 guests. It features a mezzanine bedroom accessed by stairs (ceiling height 1.70 m) and a bathroom. On the ground floor, enjoy a 24 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, radiator heating, and a fan for your comfort.



Outdoors, relax in the spacious 4,500 m² communal garden with mature trees and a pond. An uncovered terrace provides extra space to enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture is available throughout your stay.



Parking includes one space on the property. Parties are not permitted. Accommodation is for adults only; children over 2 years old are not allowed.



The cottage is 600 m from the village center, where you’ll find a pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, bar, and restaurant.
