Property was very nice had a room with a balcony- bonus!! My complaint and 1 star rating is due to LACK of communication follow up by front desk to email sent. We prepaid for our room in August when making the reservation. Upon check in didn’t realize we were billed again for the room. After we returned to the United States checked my credit card and saw the charge for the same room at 3 nights. Immediately sent an email through Expedia and have NOT heard anything back from Adina apartment hotel in Brisbane. We have stayed previously at Adina other locations and always a good experience now we will definitely be rethinking other options

The pool was not in order. Apparently some issue since the cyclone. Many other hotels had no issues with their pools. Never given an update. My room was dark and very noisy. My TVs would turn on/off randomly. The signal was constantly lost. It was never fixed.

This is a good hotel well located in the CBD. The rooms are of a good size with a pleasant bathroom. The rooms could be doing with a freshen up and the rusty windows do need painted. However, I would return to the Adina again.

Wonderful hotel, staff, rooms and location. We extended our stay due to feeling comfortable! Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The casino is a block away and walking/running paths are across the road. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy if you need to park as well. Overall, its a great place to stay!
