Reception is non existent. Showed up to check in at 1230 and no one at reception and a note saying check in after 2pm. Returned at 430pm and again no reception and locked out of the hotel now… telephone outside the door does not work. 2 other check ins showed up also. Together we got ahold of someone who directed us to envelopes in a safe outside which contained our keys for entry. It was a very bizarre check in process. The unit itself was clean and cozy
Clean and spacious room, easy checkin, parking. Everything was as it was supposed to be. Just very expensive for what it is and the general dated condition.
The room was very old style n smelly.
The Wifi n TV wouldn't work in the room i was in, room 1.
On the plus side, it is a great location to Bretts wharf n the river to get the ferryboat.
