The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed. The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.

Great location! Two minute walk to the train station. Five minute walk to the queen street mall. Fantastic eateries and bars. The hotel itself is very high end. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, with great amenities and beautifully styled. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was AMAZING. I was extremely impressed and so happy with our stay, that I HIGHLY recommend staying at Amora Hotel. We ourselves will definitely be back.

Good modern hotel, clean, tidy located in the centre of Brisbane and within easy reach of shopping area, restaurants and attractions. Generally the ambience in the hotel is very nice. The rooms are big, airy and well equipped. The breakfast area was very good and overall the breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay again and recommend this hotel.

Well located on Spring Hill but there is some uphill walking involved. Excellent hotel, up to date clean rooms. Good outdoor pool. Good value.

The breakfast was fairly decent and not fairly priced. The bacon was a bit oily but that would be the only complaint. Room was comfortable and cool. The master switch for the lights by the bed was a bit confusing but other than that the room served us perfectly well
