This hotel has a lot going for it, but a few key issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. Pros: • Location – Situated in the central city, making it convenient for exploring. • Room Size – Spacious accommodations, providing good comfort. • Bathroom – Well-designed and pleasant to use. • Pillow Menu – A thoughtful touch for personalized sleep preferences. • On-Site Services – Useful amenities that enhance convenience. Cons: • Housekeeping – Service requests were not fulfilled in a timely manner; had to complain to reception after waiting six hours. • Towel Shortages – Hand towels and facecloths were taken but not replaced over three days, an oversight that affected convenience. • Bedding Issues – Sheets did not fit properly, leaving the mattress exposed, which impacted overall comfort and hygiene. • Staff Interaction – Polite, but not particularly engaging or welcoming. • Surroundings – Hotel is located on a steep hill, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there were homeless individuals and excessive smokers constantly present around entry and exit points, affecting the experience. • Swimming Pool – Freezing cold and essentially unusable, which was disappointing given the expectation of enjoying this amenity. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable room and great location, but needs improvements in housekeeping reliability, guest experience, and maintenance of advertised facilities.

3 night stay part of a longer business trip and everything smooth. In Brisbane CBD so plenty of shopping and eating around. Clean and comfortable.
