Great location, close to many amenities and restaurants. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Nice views. The pool on the roof is a nice touch Walkable to many attractions and transportation. A few of the small details could have been improved, for example ease of getting refills of supplies like shampoo and hand soap. They are large refillable bottles, so if they are checked or topped off between guests, the issue would not arise.

The apartment was nice and modern, had great A/C, and awesome views. Key features were great (shower, bed, etc) and the kitchen had all basic items. Check in and out was easy, and the location was great. The pool was great to have access to - it’s a small area but was quiet when I went up to swim. Would stay again!

Great location! Great apartment layout! Friendly staff! The only issue we had was the very poor internet connection. We asked the reception multiple times about it but never received any feedback. My understanding is the internet service had limited bandwidth (outdated plan). If you plan to work remotely in this apartment and need to meet people on Zoom/Teams, you will struggle here like me. Also, the swimming pool was very small. In the photos it looked much bigger.

Location was great, property was stuffy and smelly and our room was a bit outdated. The bed was not overly comfortable and the shower changed temperature constantly even without touching the handle. The room did the job, but wasn't great.

Comfortable and convenient, but poor communication

Comfortable apartment, well equipped and wonderful view of Brisbane skyline. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Downsides were that the rooftop pool was in shadow for much of the day, so was too cool to use. Communication with the hotel was poor - we let them know we’d be arriving after 5pm (when reception closes) and asked for check in information to be forwarded to us. This didn’t happen. We were only able to access the property by googling to find the head office number and liaising with them to get access to the apartment.
