Was absolutely thrilled with this apartment! Couldn’t believe how spacious it was, and somehow still a fantastic location and great value?! Incredible amenities - fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, massive TV, comfy furniture and bed, and a lovely balcony. Seconds away from cultural centre bus station and south bank train station so you can get anywhere. My only criticism is that communication was extremely poor. Check in was quite stressful because it was super unclear how you collect keys out of hours - despite trying to clarify multiple times well before I arrived. I had to pick up from a reception on a different road (which I had to rely on a stranger to let me in) which was difficult in the dark and humidity with heavy luggage!! And whenever I tried to contact them it took days to reply if at all!

A great apartment in a very convenient location, handy to buses, trains and shopping. It was generally clean, but what let it down was a dirty sofa, which had marks, food bits under the cushions, and mould all along the base. It really didn't feel safe to sit on. I threw a large blanket over it to use it, and was only there for a short stay. Also the TV switched on automatically at 6am! I would stay again, but would check the apartment over very carefully before unpacking.

Rooms were spotless and not crowded. Beds were comfy. Building is in a great position to vidit South Bank, CBD and Cultural Centre. We would go back.

Check in was at a different location but only a street back from the property. The views across to the city and down to south bank and the wheel were absolutely amazing, but no outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the views. Everything was within walking distance and Coles and Woolworths were super close by. Family of four with two kids under 6, we enjoyed the two bedrooms, beds were comfy and had all the kitchenware we needed but being a self contained apartment it had no vacuum cleaner which is crazy since we had a 5 day stay and no houskeeping. All in all for the cost it was good and we would stay again.

The bathroom light bulbs needs to changed and the parking remote was flat battery so the button did not work. I sent an email about this om the first night since that was after hours but no response until I checked out. Poor communication. Hotel has a good location and clean otherwise.

Apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed close by. Travelled with a toddler and infant. Toddler slept in the queen bed and the infant in a portable cot in the same room. Place was clean and view of city from 17th floor was great. The rug in the living room had huge lumps in it and needs to be replaced. And the train line is directly below so was very noisy at times.

The property itself is great. Room is comfortable. Balcony has great space and view. Everything is new. Location for someone who likes a bit of a walk (10 mins) to basically whatever you want is great. The only thing that is less than ideal is the noise of the train/tram real early. If you can use earplugs or a white noise machine or you’re a heavy sleeper, this property is great.

It would have been helpful to know how and where to get into the parking garage with the key ring, I had to figure it out. The dryer did not work, and they could not fix it. The floors were pretty dirty, and there was no body was and shampoo in either bathroom. The hood above oven does not like to stay closed.
