The bathroom light bulbs needs to changed and the parking remote was flat battery so the button did not work. I sent an email about this om the first night since that was after hours but no response until I checked out. Poor communication. Hotel has a good location and clean otherwise.

Apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed close by. Travelled with a toddler and infant. Toddler slept in the queen bed and the infant in a portable cot in the same room. Place was clean and view of city from 17th floor was great. The rug in the living room had huge lumps in it and needs to be replaced. And the train line is directly below so was very noisy at times.

The property itself is great. Room is comfortable. Balcony has great space and view. Everything is new. Location for someone who likes a bit of a walk (10 mins) to basically whatever you want is great. The only thing that is less than ideal is the noise of the train/tram real early. If you can use earplugs or a white noise machine or you’re a heavy sleeper, this property is great.

It would have been helpful to know how and where to get into the parking garage with the key ring, I had to figure it out. The dryer did not work, and they could not fix it. The floors were pretty dirty, and there was no body was and shampoo in either bathroom. The hood above oven does not like to stay closed.
