There are two entrance in the Manhattan apartments, one located in Ann Street and another that give directly access to the supermarket, GP, bottle shop, Subway, Priceline, gym 24 /7 and other stores. The unit is within walking distance to Chinatown, nightlife, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It is 10-minutes walking distance from CBD and Queen Street Mall. It’s 500 m from Story Bridge. There's only one toilet. Building facilities include Workout area, Hot tub and Sauna available 7am - 9pm. A washing machine is available inside the unit. There's no carpark in the building. Feel welcome to come with free entrance until 11pm. The room located downstairs has low ceiling. There's a window but can't be opened.
