The blackout curtains had come off the rods, so had to be pulled in a handful to close. The circular table was so rickety, when my husband leant his hand on it, he almost fell and we were afraid to put a cup of tea on it in case it fell off. The toilet seat didn't fit, and was broken, so sitting on it became dangerous because it moved. And we couldn't get any sound at all when we attempted to watch SBS on TV, although the other channels had sound. And even lunch in the restaurant (both had Wagyu Steak) tasted unpleasant, worst steak we've had there.

I arrive at 4am after night shift at the hospital. Ask if I can check out at 11am the night worker nice guy but seemed new said there was no way he could put a note asking for that and I had to call up in the morning to ask which obviously defeats the purpose as I want to sleep. 10.10am get a call from reception saying check out is 10am and if I'm not down soon it's an extra $25. So I go straight to check out and asked to see the gym and I'm told that's not allowed as it's only for in house guests. Due to the proximity of my new job I was hoping this would be my regular place to stay but very poor service on my first experience. Makes it hard to recommend to my work colleagues so we'll have to try somewhere else

Great service amazing room , one thing I didn’t like is when at the pub after 9 pm you need to leave the complex walk outside then swip back in , you should have an internal passage that is card swipe protected when returning to your accommodation from the pub

When we first arrived the entrance and staff were amazing the room was huge and very clean bed and pillows are amazing. Have stayed in a lot of accommodation and this place was the best .
