We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the CBD. Obtaining the key was easy - went to a shop around the corner and opened a lock box. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen, rain shower, comfortable bed and sofa, and balcony overlooking the city. The building offers a small gym, lap pool, and outside plunge pool. Was convenient to the Woolworths supermarket, bus routes, and park. Communication from the owner was clear and timely.
