I could not fault the staff and the complex. however my partner has a walking disability and the neighbouring streets were too steep for her to manage. This was my fault, I did not research the area first.

Disappointing response when asked if the room was available for an extra night. Initially I was told no but the room magically became available at more than twice the rate of my original booking. When I queried the rate it seemed to be the usual practice. Just means that I will choose another hotel for my one week a month in Brisbane. Bad investment decision by the hotel. Otherwise a really nice hotel
