Location- perfect! This place is amazing. Friendly staff. Great room. Spacious with awesome views. Comfortable bed. Bathroom great. Pool was lovely with a magnificent view over the city and river.

Room was lovely and big with a great view! Pool was a highlight. Get in early to find a lounge! 3 staff were lovely - Dutch, Colombian and Chilean! The three of them went out of their way to help, and made the stay really lovely. The same cant be said for the Australian front desk staff who needs a lesson in being friendly. The area is wonderful; i had the best time walking around, along the river, and enjoying the restaurants at HSW.

I’m a frequent traveller and this is the best service I’ve had in a long time! I travelled alone with my 1 year old and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room and pool were perfect. We were only supposed to stay one night but extended our stay as we didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure!
