We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.

The layout is clever, with bedrooms & bathrooms on either side of the open plan lounge, while they all open onto the massive balcony with skyline views of Brisbane River + South Bank.

The building has a strict no party policy + security staff. If any breach of house / building rules are broken, we will side with the on-site management & you will be immediately evicted with all monies forfeited + all costs passed onto you (for those thinking of breaking our rules).

Nice view and a perfect location.

If you want a place with an excellent view and a prime location, this is the place to be. It’s close to everything in the city, making it very convenient for anyone looking to be just minutes away from the city’s tourist spots. The host always responded promptly with precise information.

Stunning views

The apartment has a wide outside balcony on the 15th floor of a building overlooking the old treasury building and the beautiful Brisbane river. It has a stunning sunset slightly to your right as you look out and beautiful views of the river, and the lights of performing arts building and southbank precinct. A short distance away are the tree-lined streets of Parliament House and the botanical gardens. We loved it.

Beautiful Views and Exemplary Comfort

Lovely apartment with what has to be the best views of the Brisbane River and Southbank. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the late night drone show over the river. Such a well appointed apartment with everything we needed and more, for our ten day stay. The lounges and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the enormous deck complete with two sets of couches, was the perfect way to enjoy the city lights and balmy Brisbane weather. Andy was an attentive, well organised host who ensured that our stay went like clockwork. Many thanks Andy, we will be sure to stay again next time we are in Brisbane.
