Stayed here and was not allowed visitors. 1 staff member was rude when offered to pay extra so visitor could come into the room. Was advised visitor would need to book another room and could not visit my room. Room was very dusty

I was seeing a concert at the venue and so booked a hotel room to save on travel. Loved it! Loved how sleek and modern everything was - and how many options for food were immediately in the vicinity was a nice addition as well.

Lovely hotel iv been here once before its beautiful and clean smells amazing wonderful friendly and helpful staff made me very welcome on check in 😊 only little issue I had was a bit of trouble trying to connect my phone to the tv by chrome cast but just watched normal tv instead. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the EH. There is a shopping complex at the site, including Woolies and a number of other shops. Very convenient and all in walking distance to the hotel! We’ll be back!
