Great location, but noisy

Great location. Clean and tidy other than a few scuffs on walls. Shame about the extra security door in the hallway constantly slamming loudly as people came in and out. There seemed to be only 6 other rooms on level 2 that weren't closed for renovations (renovations themselves were quiet), yet the hallway door slammed open and close at least 20 times began 11pm-2am, resulting in little sleep on the second night. Wasn't such an issue on first night, but noise definitely easily travels through the walls.

The George William hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the Queen St Mall and the casino, and it has a terrific cafe attached which is very convenient and well priced. The staff were great. The rooms are on the small side but are very comfortable.

Convenient location. I stayed 4 nights and Housekeeping only every 2 days, however I had to request a follow up as the tea and coffee station was not replenished and dirty cups were not replaced. I was told they were short staffed due to illness.

Clean, not necessarily quiet (thin walls) but quiet enough. A little cold, wish I could have adjusted the heat. Front desk was very helpful, appreciated them letting me stow my bags after check out before my flight.
