Staff are so very helpful there was a problem with plumbing and it was not a small problem but it was attended to with so much professional staff. Overall very well looked after and facilities were good.

Solo overnight work stay

Solo traveller with an overnight stay for a work event, comfy bed clean room and nice big shower head. Conveniently located to the centre of Town and walkable distant to some nice places to eat. Enjoyed my stay and to be honest didn't spend to much time in the room our in Hotel.

This property is currently under renovations and has been (according to staff) for 3 years. The floor we stayed on had maintenance going on and plaster all over the floor. Parking was exceptionally tight and we had concerns that our brand new car would be damaged from either other vehicles or from the maintenance works being carried out. The staff were lovely tried to assist where they could. Overall our stay was pleasant and the room was clean, tidy and writhing walking distance to all we needed however with two small children in tow we would appreciated being made aware of the renovations prior to our stay or an alternate means for parking

Comfy stay

Stay was comfortable although they did renovation works happening (they advertised this fact). It was a reasonable price stay across the road from the casino and handy to public transport. Would we stay again? yes, we would as we only use the room to sleep in and spent most of our time exploring Brisbane.

Reasonably basic hotel, showing its age. They are doing some renovations, which may assist. I had very little interaction with staff, so have no real basis to comment on them. The bed(s) - a king made up of two singles pushed together - was not great. Given there were two mattresses, it was always going to be a bad start for comfort and just no support. The shower is tiny - I am not a big person and I just fit into it. Still, great location on George Street, not far from the western end of Queen Street Mall, the new casino precinct, a short walk to Southbank and other attractions. About 15 mins walk to the centre of the CBD and plenty of electric scooters around to hire.
