Great location, super close to beautiful Roma Street Parkland and walking distance to Queen Street Mall and public transport. The check-in staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Room was great, I didn’t interact with staff much, but was hung up on using the phone at one point. Pool was good, breakfast was okay. The area is a bit difficult to get to by foot from Roma street. Overall a really nice experience.

Nice place to stay, dont agree with the $30/night fee for parking, we have elected to stay at this property over others, its a shame we are penalised for having a car. not to happy with the reception staff member who served me, i enquired about a late checkout (11am) and was told it was not possible because the room was fully booked for the next few days. Given checkin for guests was at 2pm i did not see how this would affect checkin. Other then that, nice room, comfy bed updated shower space and an ok view. Also noting, my access card did not work for the pool access. this would of been an issue if i was staying multiple nights, however as i stayed 1 night it wasnt worth mentioning.
