Good hotel with a nice room. It pays to upgrade to a river room or corner room for the views. In terms of Pros, very easy check-in and check-out and convenient to Queen St Mall and QPAC venues and restaurants. On the Cons side, no hotel parking and while parking stations are nearby, they are ridiculously expensive and overnight is only available in the CBD, nothing at Southbank.

The staff were really nice and the view was amazing, just a couple small cleaning issues, couple hairs on the toilet seat and the shower looked like it was wipe with an old towel cause there was a large amount of fuzz on the shower door but other than those it was perfect
