We stayed over the weekend and were quite happy with our room on the 17th floor. We had a lovely view overlooking Southbank. Our only comment is that the sofa chair near the front door appeared a bit dirty, as if there were water marks or stains on it. Also, on Saturday night, we could hear loud music coming from the Irish pub below. Parking was safe and convenient—we left our car for 24 hours with easy access in and out. I had no trouble logging into the internet. I had no problems requesting for more towels. I had a beautiful clean room, and it was cleaned every day whilst I stayed here. I liked the fact it was so central to transport, major events and shopping strip. I would definitely come again.
