The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the Brisbane River. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.



Getting Around:

Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.
