Located across the road from Queens Beach which is very popular with Kite surfers. You can sit and enjoy watching them from your front balcony or enjoy a walk along the beach just meters away from your door step.
With two stories this large family home has the main living area upstairs so you can enjoy the amazing views of Moreton Bay from your main living area, 3 bedrooms on this level with the main bathroom. Downstairs also has 3 bedroom and another living area. The inground pool in the back yard has easy access from the back upstairs balcony as well as the downstairs living area. Another bathroom on the ground level to accommodate everyone's needs. Complete with a double lock up garage.
We can offer this house as just a 3 bedroom with one bathroom or arrange this property as you need it and can change the cost to suit your needs. Please enquire so we can accommodation your special needs and arrange this property to suit you and can adjust the price accordingly.
