Absolute beachfront apartment with direct access to the ocean from your ground floor unit. This will take you straight to Redcliffe along the walking path within 15 minutes to enjoy all the cafes and shops and the Sunday Markets.
Your 3 bedroom units has 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds with front and back patio areas to enjoy leading from your bedrooms. Fans and air conditioning available with screens to enjoy those ocean breezes. The mater bedroom opens onto the waterfront patio area with walk through wardrobe and ensuite. The 2nd 2 bedrooms open onto the back patio area and comes complete with your own laundry in the main bathroom. (Please Note: 40+ Stair access is required, no elevator). Phone reception is not the best inside the unit but ok outside the unit.
Enjoy the complex pool with water views a gym and BBQ area also available to utilize during your stay. Please note owners do live in this complex, please be considerate with noise and cleaning up after yourself when utilizing the common areas.
Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your pool & beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire.
Credit Card Security bond required on collection of keys of $2,000.00. All properties are strictly non-smoking.
