Fans and air conditioning available with screens to enjoy those ocean breezes. The mater bedroom opens onto the waterfront patio area with walk through wardrobe and ensuite. The 2nd 2 bedrooms open onto the back patio area and comes complete with your own laundry in the main bathroom. (Please Note: 40+ Stair access is required, no elevator). Phone reception is not the best inside the unit but ok outside the unit.
Enjoy the complex pool with water views a gym and BBQ area also available to utilize during your stay. Please note owners do live in this complex, please be considerate with noise and cleaning up after yourself when utilizing the common areas.
Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your pool & beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire.
