I apologize for any troubles you had during your stay, however much of this is incorrect or was not communicated to us to be able to fix the issues. Our airport shuttle drops off in the mornings until 8:30 AM. This is on every confirmation, our website, and was communicated at check-in. Since you had just arrived and it was late, I did say that you could let us know in the morning by 8AM if you needed the shuttle so that our driver would be ready to assist you. Free wifi is given to all of our guests, and was included with your room key. You did apologize the next morning to Christine as you had later found the wifi login information. You were in the room type you had booked which is on the second floor with a private balcony. We had no way of knowing that you needed assistance with your bags or would like a bottom floor as this was not communicated to us. If you had requested either of these we would have assisted you immediately. Again, I apologize that your stay was not as you expected. But as two of your claims are false (shuttle time and wifi) and you did not tell us you needed help with you bags, we would appreciate you removing this poor review of our motel.
