This classic lowset North Stradbroke Island cottage has appeal for the budget holiday makers perfect for retired folk fishermen and small families. It is located opposite native forest Koala habitat with a 5 minute walking track to pristine pet friendly Amity beach. Rock wall fishing is also within minutes walking distance along with all amenities that Amity Point village has to offer.

The cottage comes with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests in 1 x Double bed 2 x Single beds and a King Single. The retro living room has a touch of the new with LCD TV and DVD player. The combined kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for guest convenience. All windows and doors are insect screened for added comfort.

Guests can enjoy their favourite outdoor meals prepared on the gas BBQ and the large rear yard is securely fenced for your outside pet. There is also a generous carport for undercover parking and room to park your boat.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
