Just a short and sweet stay overnight. Super convenient to the airport - the carpark does feel sketchy but we had no issues. The patrons of the pub underneath are loud but cannot hear it in the room - don’t be put off. Check in was easy - has an elevator and the room was spacious and clean

It was quite noisy throughout the night, whether that be other guests being loud on the floor or people out in the carpark. There was a bright spotlight shining right into our room window which lit the whole room even with the blind down so this was not ideal when trying to sleep. The spotlights are for the sign on the outside of the building but they're aimed down at the windows, not up at the sign!
We have stayed here a few years ago. It was good then, but the refurbished rooms are now excellent. The only problem we experienced was getting a park in the afternoon when we returned from a day trip. I expect most of the parks were taken by the tradies doing the expansion work. Not a huge problem, but it was a nuisance as we needed to move it from street parking, which is limited to 2 hours. I would like to see gated parking for guests.

Great venue, newly renovated with on going works in an area undergoing a massive revamp. Glad we were able to stay in the area and will make it our spot when staying close to Brisbane.
Booked for 4 people, recieved room for 3. Was eventually given extra room however stunk of alcohol and dust, asked cleaners to disinfect and clean the room but didn’t help with the smell so moved mattress into first room on floor. TV didn’t work. Pictures of rooms on website were nothing like actual room.

Great room and staff friendly and professional but the state of the common areas, especially the upstairs foyer, floors, carpets and windows are gross.
Loved the lunch I purchased there - arugala salad with feta (or something along those lines). And the restaurant was a nice place to work - bit disconcerting that one had to search for a staff person in the bar but the staff were all very pleasant and helpful as was the taxi driver they booked for me.
