The Quaint & Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment is a 20 minute walk to the University of QLD and a 10 minute walk to the PA Hospital. It is only a 10 minute drive to the CBD. The space is fully self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are no shared spaces. The apartment is nestled in the front of a large traditional timber queenslander home. There is a shared wall with the adjacent apartment at the back of the house which is also listed on airbnb.

Medical Trip

One of the best attributes of this property was it's proximity to hospitals, doctors and the the Icon unit.It was a short walk to a large market, Woolworths, Target, second hand shops and chemists. Also many takeaway stores.The property was clean, and quaint.
