A well-located hotel to explore the surroundings of the river, within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and smelled good—friendly staff, free amenities like a good coffee machine and fruit at the reception—overall, it was a good value for money.

Air con was faulty and sounded like a washing machine. Bad smell in bathroom upon arriving, visibly dirty shower drain likely the cause. Kettle could do with a clean. Calcified water around lid. Whilst I was able to sleep through noise first night due to being exhausted. 2nd night sleep was terrible.

The room and facilities were excellent. Close to the Gabba. Less than 12 minutes walk. The steep include when coming to the hotel by walk is tricky.

After a 14 hour flight, the Shuttle dropped us off at the wrong Hotel Diana. Their response was exceptional! The manager quickly drove us to the proper hotel himself, and graciously allowed us to move into our room to freshen up and store our luggage, even though we were hours early! The young lady at the desk walked us down the street to give us directions to the riverside walkways (which was beautiful). When she booked an Uber for us to the airport, she caught and corrected that we were mistakenly headed to the wrong one. Also, the facility was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional hotel and staff!

A quality apartment hotel half an hour walk from the city center. There is almost nothing nearby; there is no supermarket/grocery store nearby, and the selection of restaurants/cafes is limited.

I found the shower ridiculous as you couldn't get in and shut the door?! The door couldn't even open without knocking into shower rose and the tap. It was very poor design. Water went all over the flloor due to this and had to ask housekeeping for more towels. This is unsatisfactory in my opinion. Location a bit isolated from restaurants and supermarkets as travelled without a car.
