Our stylish and modern apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with 3 queen sized beds and 2 pull out sofa beds, it contains everything you might need for your stay including a safe, first Aid kit, Nespresso coffee machine, board games and few amazing books. You will have access to pool, gym, bbq garden and Sauna!


Not sure where to go? If the Valley's many restaurants and bars aren't enough to sway you, you will be walking distance from Brisbane CBD and a lovely walk along the river passed Howard Smith Wharves.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOK

Our check-in guide will be sent before your stay. Includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

STARTER SUPPLIES

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable.
These complimentary supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

PORTACOT AND HIGH CHAIR

These are both available upon request. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the portacot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these.
It is much better for you to use fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.

LISTING DISCLOSURE

In order to keep the property modern and fresh, we might update decor and furniture. Between our busy occupancy and the updates not always a professional photographer is available, therefore photos might not always represents the actual status of the home decor.
