There are activities everyone will enjoy - tennis, golf or swimming in the pool. Explore the natural wonders that surround us - walk scenic trails, fish at the jetty or simply relax by the pond and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. With easy access to the M1, you can also drive to Brisbane CBD in 35 min or the Gold Coast in 50 min.

*THE DWELLING*
The open plan dining area features a 6 place dining table in front of a fireplace and bar. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and some pantry staples, including a Smeg coffee machine and ground beans. Cooking facilities include an oven, induction stovetop and microwave.

The bedroom features a queen bed with 1500 thread count cotton sheets, comfortable furnishings, walk in closet with a safe, and an ensuite. Help yourself to the complimentary toiletries.

The living room features a 60-inch TV with access to Netflix and a large seating area. There are plenty of board games and card games in the drawers of the TV unit, and books on the fireplace. There are two comfortable double beds in this room by the fireplace.

*THE GROUNDS*
The lush grounds that surround the dwelling features gum trees, beautiful gardens, water features and fountains, fruit orchard and flora, attracting resident birdlife and wallaby families.
