Manly Boat Harbour is only 2 ks away and you can book a free sailing day on one of the race Regatta days (Wednesdays and Sundays). Chandler Sports Complex is close by. On Sunday's the Manly Esplanade has an arts and crafts market. On the first and third Saturday of the month there is a Farmers Market. City bus bench is 300 meters away and the train station is at the top of the street. The Waterloo pub is at the top of the block, and grocery stores and shops are just a short walk away.
Getting Around
Walking is easy here everything is close and a bike ride is really nice along the esplanade. If travelling by car 2 kilometres away are the Mangrove walking tracks and the Manly Boat Harbour and pub. The train station is a short walk away and there are several bus stops close by. The bus stop for a trip to the city of Brisbane is down at the bottom of the street along the esplanade. Everything is conveniently located.
