Because the beds had protruding Springs and they were digging into my back the worst bed I've ever slept in and the worst flat pillow so I had a sonic also they called us an hour after we checked out while we're on the bus and asked if we had checked out, I mean really Then also no coffee or tea facilities and there was a kitchenette I mean really?
