Where the city pulses and the river breathes, you’ll find our sanctuary in the sky. This isn’t just a high-rise apartment. It’s a quiet retreat woven into the fabric of Brisbane’s most ambitious precinct.

The view isn’t a backdrop here—it moves with you. Mornings roll in slow over the Brisbane River, and evenings stretch wide as the city lights flicker on like fireflies.

⚠️🏢Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.

Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.

While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout and depends on your bank processing —as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out

🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The Star Casino car park is also available with the following rates:

30 mins–1 hr: $30
1–2 hrs: $40
2–3 hrs: $50
3–4 hrs: $60
4–5 hrs: $70
5+ hrs / daily max: $80 (resets at 6:00 am)

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
