We had a bit of trouble finding the place being out of Towners as Apple directions was sending us to the back car park. Not the front. Had to go around a few times to find it. Directions should let you know it is a one way street and the apartment is actually called Allegra? not south bank apartments

The position of this property was excellent for our visit, however the unit itself is quite aged and in need of some renovations, in particular the kitchen cupboards. We were excited to see a coffee machine with pods supplied, however it wasn't working. The equipment in the kitchen was very limited. The bathroom/laundry needs to have a handrail added to the shower which is over the bathtub. It is difficult to get in and out without slipping due to the high step over the bath edge. The unit was nothing like the photos provided. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but again, could do with some updating.

This property was excellent. It was walking distance to Southbank parklands, the city was accessible with the train station only around the corner. The unit was clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The air con units in the bedrooms helped with sleeping on a hot summer night. Parking was easy. Would highly recommend. Will be returning for future trips to Brissy

Name of property was different to what was booked making it confusing. Room was small and very outdated. Returning the key after getting the car out of the carpark was a nightmare! I would not recommend staying here.

This unit had not been cleaned properly, Long black hairs on floor in bathroom, I have short light brown hair. Corn pieces on floor under table in lounge. Said they had a smart tv and did not have internet connection.Kitchen bench and stovetop had not been wiped down. Not happy that this was really a ABNB.
