"Absolute"is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the oceanside of Tramican Street. You'll live on the awesome deck in the trees with views to Moreton. There is also a small north facing deck ideally located to get away from the kids or to read in peace.
The upstairs is the large open plan living area and 2 bedrooms and downstairs 'kids retreat' with lounge, deck & small dining table. Both lounges have a TV with Foxtel & DVD player,
Features: 3 x Queen bedrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 x single beds and trundle, 3 Bathrooms, 1 bath tub, 3 toilets. kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & gas cooktop, 2 lounges both with TV, DVD player. ceiling fans upstairs, Fully screened, 2 upstairs decks, the main with lounge suite, outdoor setting, small bar fridge and gas BBQ. top load washing machine, dryer, carport & additional off road parking for another vehicle.
Linen supplied and beds made for your arrival.
