We were attending a wedding so needed a 2 bedroom apartment for the family. The apartment was lovely, modern, tidy and had amazing views. The rooftop pool was one of a kind and definitely worth experiencing on its own. Definitely Instagram worthy. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The bedside tables and TV unit were covered in dust and looked like they hadn’t been wiped for a month. Kitchen cabinets has grease and drip marks. And the carpets looked covered in all sorts of fluff, crumbs. Even a hairball in the middle of the living room. I requested for a vacuum from reception and they said housekeeping should be up. No one came for over2 hours. So my husband went down to reception again. This time someone came to vacuum very quickly.

Rooms seemed dirty and furniture needs a clean. No paper towel or tissue anywhere. Problems with Parking which resultwd in damage to my car and the key we were issued didnt work at check in. I wanted to extwnd my atay but couldnt reach anyone to do it so we had to check out. Dissapointing.

Disappointing and not worth price

First couldn’t get into the hotel. Not staffed on weekend at all. Spent 30 minutes on phone trying to gain entry and told they couldn’t find our reservation. Previously offered us parking and then said sorry for confusion but there’s no parking in the weekend you’ll need to park somewhere else. Carpark that was recommended was closed for cleaning/ no availability in other near by car parks at all. Spent 2hrs 30mins driving/ on phone to find parking spaces last minute on Saturday night in Brisbane for overnight parking. Spent excessive amount on parking from what was previously planned that was supposed to be offered with the hotel. At this point our night was already ruined as we only were staying for 1 evening for birthday by the time we got in to the hotel all our reservations and plans were ruined. Room was dirty - disturbing hand prints all over walls, cutlery dirty, stains on couch, food left in fridge from a previous stay. The TV had no internet connectivity and couldn’t even connect to Bluetooth with the soundbar. Very false advertising and Sadly will not recommend anyone to stay here parking, check in all was a nightmare and not worth the price, wish had of booked anywhere else.

The apartment in which I stayed was well-appointed, though I could only access Netflix, no free to air TV stations. My colleagues staying in nearby apartments reported that neither of their front doors would lock, despite repeated attempts to turn the lock - their doors simply opened upon being pushed - so they felt quite unsafe, especially as the weekend was a big sporting event in the city - LOADS of people around. Awkward parking conditions meant we had to exit the underground car park, park the car illegally, run into the foyer to deposit the keys in the box before then leaving the complex. Surely this could be rethought. Issues with rubbish collection as well - a few 'forthright' signs around warning residents and visitors about that.
