Parking staff are terrible and rude, carpark even worse as my car was damaged by an air conditioner duct,and not it's not a 4wd but was the only spot available. As for value great views but very dated and tried looking and really for the money they charge there is much nicer available for the same dollars

Good starting point to discover Brisbane!

Good hotel in excellent position, next to Botanical gardens, short walk to ferries and close to shops and restaurants. Nice view of the river and breakfast was good!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The front office staff lacked proper knowledge and provided poor service. I had specifically booked both breakfast and parking, but I was directed to park at 208 Magenta Road and told I would have to pay an additional $40 out of pocket. When I spoke with the duty manager, Beedi, on the day of my departure, I received no justification for this charge. Instead of offering a resolution or crediting the $40, I was told to send a formal email to address the issue. This added unnecessary work on my part, with no valid explanation or apology for the inconvenience, especially when I was already running late for my flight. Additionally, the following day there was no water bottle in my room. I had to request one, despite having paid over $445 for a one-night stay. I had booked for two days, yet the service and attention to detail were far below expectations. This experience was not only frustrating but also reflected poorly on the hotel's culture. I expect much more from a property at this price point.

Check in staff weren't overly friendly. Offered to upgrade me then after I said that would be lovely, then told me it would cost X amount. This never used to happen. Room service sub par, and no robes in the rooms anymore? Staff didn't seem overly fussed or happy to help. Have stayed before and noticed this trip a significant decline in facilities, service, etc.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good and lots on offer. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Stayed for 1 night for wife’s birthday. Deluxe room on 20th floor with view of the river and Story Bridge. Fantastic outdoor pool downstairs. Spa nice but a little small. Fantastic service. Great buffet breakfast (extra). Room looking a little tired but bed very comfortable, large bathroom with great shower and bath. Onsite secure parking (extra).

Great hotel right on the river

Lovely hotel right on the river. Very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely pool and all areas are very clean. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay , truly loved it. Great walks nearby, great restaurants and night life bars. The only negative is the parking $50/ night is a bit steep when u have no lift to car park or no link to ur room. There was something that was dripping on my bonnet that has taken the polish off and marked my windscreen. So won’t park there again.

Staff were great, easy to find, nice comfy bed with a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice but they need to move the egg station to the beginning or to end, it just creates a blockage if people in the middle. The only thing I think the bedheads need updating & I expected a pillow menu but there wasn’t one. Will stay again if the price is right.
