Everything was fine except for the unexpected room deposit which cost more than the room itself and still hasn’t been refunded 5 days later despite the receptionist telling us that the room fee would be taken out of the room deposit, which it wasn’t, so we are out of pocket until the refund is processed.

We arrived really late (1.00am) because we were on a late flight. Th gentleman at reception Could not have been more helpful. Took our backs up to the room, even though there were no other staff around. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast choices in the La Boca restaurant were superb.
