Welcome to The Airport Stop – City & Sky Base, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home designed for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free stay. Located in Northgate, you’re only 10 minutes from Brisbane Airport and 20 minutes from the city, making it the perfect base for short stopovers or longer visits.
Relax in multiple living spaces with air conditioning and heating throughout. The lounge features a smart TV with streaming services and a 6-seater dining area, perfect for catching up or unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need – oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, and all utensils and essentials.
Each bedroom is generously sized and climate-controlled. Two full bathrooms plus a convenient powder room provide ample space for everyone. The laundry includes a washer and dryer, and towels, a hairdryer, and basic travel essentials are supplied. Free off-street parking makes arrival and departure easy.
Pets are welcome upon prior approval. The backyard is fully fenced, but pets must not be left unattended indoors and are not permitted on the furniture.

These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.
Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.
Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.
