the hotel rooms were clean and what you expect of a 5 star resort, however the breakfast was terrible it was definitely not at the standard of the 5 star status and the staff greeting us and showing us to the table was abrupt and not welcoming but more of a traffic contiller to cafeteria food, The food that came out felt like it was made by road house cooks & coffee straight out of an automated machine not what you expect for $55/person. For the money being charged ($600 with parking) for the experience you would expect the hotel to have all the facilities being available to be enjoyed instead the leisure centre, pool, gym, pretty much a whole level of the hotel was not accessible for guest at all. For my partner and I to celebrate our anniversary here and choose this over a hr Emporium hotel, which is cheaper and lived up to the hype it was a dampener to our celebrations.
