Excellent room. Very good attention to detail in the room. Loved the room. Did not check out the casino. Rooftop bar is excellent. Bar staff would benefit from bar training & customer service. Cocktails were pre-mixed & served in plastic. Two out of three of us checked out early, leaving the third person to check out at check out time (11am). Third person went to grab a coffee and returned about 9:30am to the cleaners in the room, with belongings bagged up for lost property. This felt very invasive. Had no choice but to leave without having showered, packed or prepared for the day ahead. Obviously a misunderstanding at the front desk but did walk away feeling short changed (considering the price) and inadvertently thrown out. Overall a good venue but more experienced staff would have prevented the issues we experienced.

The room was incredible from the very start. As we walked in, the blinds opened automatically to reveal the river and all of the beautiful lights along it. There were so many food and drink options, we didn’t even need to leave the hotel (but we did, to walk across the bridge over the river and explore the arts festival going on!) We definitely picked the perfect place to stay!

Stunning new hotel on the river! The interior of the entire hotel including the room was very well done. Multiple restaurants in or attached to the hotel. Staff was excellent and accommodating. The casino at the hotel does draw others not staying at the hotel. The observation deck is also open to the public. Both of these can unfortunately bring in a different type of people in both venues. Also, it’s unfortunate the casino is open 24/7 but somehow the gym is not. Traveling half way around the world and being unable to workout at midnight is not acceptable. Room service is not available 24 hours a day either. Both of these situations are unacceptable.
