Nice, new hotel with good facilities. We used the gym, pools and sauna. The gym was a bit small for the size of the hotel but pools were nice and the sauna was a proper Finnish one. Room was comfortable. The bathroom had those old fashioned mini containers of everything which I didn't rate.

Clean, amazing amenities superstar service at every point, only issue was the card access to the lifts which was very temperamental this affected ourselves and several other guests we meet, creating long frustrating lift rides as we tried to enter the level we wished to access, our room stunning and was quite high up, we could hear the traffic especially during peak hour, though it was not noticeable once the curtains were closed at night.

Had to be asked twice for the complimentary snacks and beverages to be stocked in my room. Rooms smell of sewerage and poor plumbing. Was not told when check out was and after being 3 minutes late was automatically locked out of my room with all my belongings still inside. Not worth the premium price

Room was excellent , amazing view of the river and south bank through the floor to ceiling windows . Pool area was brilliant . The casino and rooftop viewing decked were packed with non residents and was very busy at sunset and weekend evenings with a few overly drunk people . Lots of areas cordoned off for private functions which was annoying , we got kicked out of one bar and had to move
