Absolutely loved 'The Parlor Room' huge, the king was comfortable, great river views, the food was incredible, will definitely be staying again.... city cat to take you up and down the river outside your door and the Star casino next door

Loved the character of the building and room was amazingly appointed. The package inclusions were great, havent seen anything else come close to it. Only downside was having to walk into the hotel from reception as the lifts were out but hey exercise is good for you right :)

Great service and very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room and very tastefully preserved heritage. But feels extremely haunted from the moment you walk in. Not a bad thing though!

Old world elegance, fantastic location, friendly staff, good value, but the building is in dire need of some serious maintenance in some areas. Recommend the "stay package", but would like more instructions on how to get to the parking on arrival, and clearer indications that this hotel is not in the old Treasury Building (for those who have ancient memories of Brisbane).
